Glitch Art

I have been a photographer for many years, and I used to run a (now defunct) website called Urbex Buffalo which featured urban decay photography as well as architectural preservation efforts in Buffalo, NY.

These days I’ve been focusing more on glitch art, which I make by taking my own photographs and programmatically altering them by modifying the source code. I’m a software engineer as my day job, and it’s very fun for me to be able to use those skills to make something visually interesting and unique. My glitch art has been featured in a number of online literary journals.

“Tomorrow’s a Big Day” featured as the cover art of A Drunken Midsommar
“Effigy” featured as the cover of WICKERPEDIA
“A Long Walk” featured as the back cover art of Southchild Lit, Issue 2: The Fool Reversed

I also had a glitch art exhibition at the Intersection Cafe in Buffalo, NY in January 2022.
